The primary bedroom features a king size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom and walk in closet.

The second bedroom features a queen bed with access to the guest bathroom from the bedroom and a flat screen tv. The third bedroom is perfect for those young at heart......twin over twin bunk bed with TV.

*BEACHFRONT BALCONY*
If you want to go out and relax on the large balcony, no worries there is plenty of room ....we have a lounge chair, dining table that can seat 6, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views and have your morning coffee, evening beverages or meals.

*LIVING / DINING / KITCHEN*
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress and loveseat. A large flat screen TV is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. New coastal themed tv stand and coffee table along with new coordinating dining set. For those meals you may want to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with brand new cookware, small appliances and standard coffee pot along with a crock pot for those super easy meals.

*IF YOU NEED TO DO LAUNDRY*
If you have the need to do laundry the unit is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

*TRAVELING WITH KIDS*
Traveling with young ones.....don't stress about packing it all....we have a pack-n-play, high chair and sand toys!!!

On site beach chair and umbrella vendor, parasailing, banana boat and jet ski rentals all right on the beach at Seawind!

*PARKING*
Guests will receive one parking pass with their reservation. An additional parking pass can be pre-purchased for $50 plus tax and is valid for the duration of your stay. This condo is located on the 4th floor, one flight of stairs up from the 3rd floor parking deck so even on busy elevator days you can park on the 3rd floor and walk up one flight of stairs and don’t have to wait for an elevator.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
